Dr. Carrie Lynn Leonard recieved her EdD in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix. Her research centers around organizational communication. A masters degree was secured from Kent State University in special education with a focus in severe behavior. Carrie Lynn started her educational pursuits at Edinboro University in order to obtain a bachelor's degree in education with a focus in metalsmithing.
Dr. Leonard's educational career began in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked in various schools within the municipal school district. After 17 years of experience, Carrie Lynn decided to expand her work in the special education field. More About Carrie
Chris Chapman has worked for over 15 years as a program analyst for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition to being the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Wonderful People Berkeley Springs, Chris serves in various leadership roles throughout the community. Chris is a member of the Bath, WV, Town Council where he serves as the Town Water Committee Chairman and actively works on several other Town committees. Chris currently is president of the Berkeley Springs Rotary Club and is the Scout Master of local Boy Scout Troop 81. He serves on the Executive Committee of Morgan County Starting Points, the local family resource center. Chris also enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenage children.
